Water: A Gift of Life?

Water is a gift that had many benefits, it can also relate to life more than you think.

Health benefits of water
Water is crucial to your health. It makes up, 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don’t have enough water in your body to carry on normal functions. Signs and symptoms of dehydration include:

  • Excessive thirst
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Dry mouth
  • Little or no urination
  • Muscle weakness
  • Dizziness
  • Lightheadedness

Just like those symptoms our lives depend on other along with some support in order to survive. When you are “dehydrated” meaning you have lack support/love from other it can be deadly.Here are some symptoms of lack of love or support.

  • Depression
  • Broken heart
  • Lack of excitement
  • Rude words
  • Little or no love to others
  • Emotional weakness
  • Negative view on life

If you have any of these symptoms it means you need to make things right with that person you had a fight with or you need to move on from the past.. Love is essential to life just like water. Life is made up of 80% what happens to you 10% love and 10% Human interaction. Taking out your pain on other wont help you, you have to deal with your issues and not ignore them. Problems don’t just go away we must attempt to solve them. Keep a liquid view on life because it can change form at anytime. Stay hydrated on love and don’t be deprived of affection. Be that someone, that water that will quench another s thirst with a caring hand. Be You. Be Caring. Be Kind.
